Teriyaki Pork Steaks:
A mild marinade makes these pork steaks a real hit. Simply thaw the steaks in their cryovac package, remove, place on hot grill, and cook about 5-6 minutes/side. No fuss! No mess!

Stuffed Pork Steak:
Delicious and thick,and stuffed with spicy cajun or garlic sausage. Thaw. Microwave 2 minutes on HI. Place on hot barbecue or approx. 8-10 minutes/side. Try basting the steaks in a favourite BBQ sauce for the last 3-4 minutes.
Souvlaki:
Marinated and ready to go. Thaw and then give them about 15-18 mins on the grill.
Schnitzel:
4 oz. pieces already tenderized. Just dip them in milk and egg, then cracker crumbs with a little parmesan cheese, then straight into hot butter in the frying pan - turn once. Mmmmmmmm!

Smoked Pork Chops:
With or without the bone. Nothing beats these on the BBQ scene. 5-7 minutes/side on a hot grill and dinner is ready! 5.5 lb. or 11 lb. boxes.
Smoked Back Ribs:
Already cooked, 20 minutes and your favourite barbeque sauce will do these up right!
Smoked Tenderloin:
Already Cooked. Warm this up for 10 minutes on the grill and you have a real taste treat.
Peameal and Smoked Back Bacon:
By the chunk, or sliced, these products are ready to eat. To warm it up for breakfast, may we say "kiss the pan".

Black Forest Style Ham:
This fully-cooked, boneless, ham is a delight cold or warmed up. It's the best with Aunt Hilda's sweet mustard.
London Broil:
Sausage wrapped in steak, these can be fried, broiled or barbecued with ease. 10-12 min/side.
Ayrshire Bacon:
Smoked loin wrapped in side bacon and fully cooked. Makes a great BLT sandwich.
Bacon Wraps:
As a main dish, or sliced and used as appetizers, these are a real treat. BBQ 20 mins. or bake 40 mins. at 350F
